After reading many reviews and seeing results from many Nesties, I decided to take the plunge and try it out myself. Oh holy hell, this is pure torture. The first few minutes were so bad. I mean how hard can a 20 minute work out be. Who would have thought 30 second of jumping jacks could send me into a full body cramp and almost hyperventilating. Jillian says there is no modifying jumping jacks, she has people 400 pounds who can do jumping jacks, blah, blah blah, that shit hurts. I am on my fourth day and walking up and down the stairs is brutal, I am a walking liability on those stairs. I hold on for dear life and pray my quads do not give out. Last nights work out was a much harder, here's to a not so tough time tonight.
